Karla went out of her way to make my selling experience as painless as possible. She did many things to help the process along. She had my house cleaned and all the windows washed.  What a wonderful benefit!! She recommended excellent contractors to do some repair work that needed to be done before the sale. There were some problems with the title of the house.  Karla recommended a good lawyer to help with the property closing. It was so nice to hear a cheerful and encouraging voice through the whole process. I absolutely recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.
